STANDARD DELIVERY:

• Estimated delivery time 10-15 business days.
• Each product is made-to-order as per your specifications, which requires more time than a finished product typically would before shipping. We work to have as fast of a turn-around time as we possibly can, though we do ask for some patience considering the hand-made nature of the product.
• All order processing occurs on business days only, which are Monday through Friday, from 9am to 4 pm EST. Orders placed on Saturdays, Sundays, holidays, or after 4 pm EST are processed the next business day. All packages are delivered Monday through Friday.
• Large quantity purchases may add 1-3 business days to shipping. Item(s) may also be bulk packed if they are of the same dimensions.
• Items which are made to order ship out in 9-12 business days, on top of the typical 3-day shipping time.

SHIPPING

• United Parcel Service (UPS) is the package service used by Design by Vision. Unless otherwise requested, all orders are shipped via UPS Ground service.
• Expedited methods of shipping are also available upon request (and extra charge incurred to the customer), such as UPS Next Day Air, and UPS 2nd Day Air. For these orders, we recommend that you contact us with your required time-frame so we can confirm whether or not we can meet your needs. NOTE: UPS Next Day Air requests on Friday are guaranteed delivery on the next business day (business days are Monday through Friday), this does not include Saturdays. Saturday deliveries must be specifically requested.
• Design by Vision is not held responsible for any delays UPS may incur due to circumstances beyond their control. This would include but not limited to: weather conditions, mechanical delays, equipment failures.
• Design by Vision is not held responsible for any delays UPS may incur due to incomplete address information, or wrong address information provided by the customer.
• All packages are insured when they leave the Design by Vision warehouse. If a package is damaged in shipment , you should not accept the package without appropriate documentation of damage. Design by Vision is not responsible for merchandise damaged in shipping.

SHIPPING RATES

• For orders within the USA, we offer $158.00 flat-rate ground shipping with UPS.
• For special orders with expedited shipping, we charge per UPS published rates.

Note: We reserve the right to adjust the shipping charge for expedited orders if the actual rate comes back higher than originally calculated due to the dimensions and/or weight of the package.

International

• Packages ship UPS Worldwide Expedited and UPS Worldwide Express.
• The customer is responsible for all shipping expenses as well as customs charges, taxes and fees, and duties due upon entering the destination location.
